We use these shipping terms for physical cooking appliances, cookware, kitchen tools, and accessories sent to locations available during checkout.

Normal preparation takes roughly 1–2 business days. After shipment, anticipated carrier travel time is 3–5 business days, although dates can change. The checkout page is the controlling source for free-shipping qualification and shipping cost.

Please verify the street address, email, and telephone information before submitting the order. We share tracking events when the carrier supplies them. For delays, loss, visible damage, or a delivered scan without receipt, reach out as soon as possible.

Some destinations or items may be excluded by law, carrier service boundaries, address validation, or package constraints. When asking for assistance, send the order number, checkout email, shipping address, tracking details if available, and an explanation.
